Our restaurant dream is the culmination of our early nineties upbringing of kid movies with extreme cheese pulls, date nights spent exploring pizza restaurants across the globe, and our late night big dream “what if we could turn this business into something real” conversations.
FIRED PIZZA features a large interior with spacious tables and a curated bar, comfortable enough for an after work meet-up and upscale enough for a special date or celebration. Complete with a wood-burning fireplace, the outdoor patio can accommodate large parties of up to 26 people, as well as intimate moments between two diners.
If you’re looking for deep fried wings and nachos, you’ve come to the wrong place. FIRED PIZZA serves up traditional wood-fired Neapolitan pizza with seasonal toppings and variety. Our standard menu includes fresh salads and appetizers, along with our generous pizza selections. In addition, we feature a rotating monthly “special” menu where we get a little more creative and seasonally inspired with our handful of appetizers, pizzas, and dessert. Our bar features an ever-rotating selection of craft cocktails and we specialize in partnering with eclectic breweries throughout the country with limited small batch releases.
