We are Daniel and Sarah Correa, a passionate husband and wife team with a shared love for crafting exceptional pizza. Our culinary journey began in 2018 when we embarked on the adventure of mobile catering. The one thing we always agreed on was our deep passion for pizza. However, we knew early on that we didn't want to limit ourselves to a traditional brick-and-mortar storefront. Our dream was to bring our delicious creations to pizza lovers wherever they may be, so we set our sights on a mobile operation to take us and our pizzas to any location where people craved that perfect pie.

Our Pizza Craftsmanship

At the heart of our operation is our commitment to crafting Neapolitan Artisan Style Pizza. We believe in starting with the basics, so we make our dough from scratch, ensuring it's the perfect canvas for our culinary artistry. Our sauce is a labor of love, made fresh before every event with San Marzano Tomatoes for that authentic taste that discerning pizza enthusiasts crave. What truly sets us apart is our dedication to sourcing all our ingredients locally or picking them fresh from nearby farms. It's this commitment to quality and freshness that gives our pizzas their unique flavor.

Rolling into the Food Truck Scene in 2020

In 2020, we took another bold step on our culinary journey by launching our very own food truck. This mobile pizza paradise allowed us to bring our wood-fired delights to the streets, serving up slices of heaven wherever hungry souls roamed. The food truck experience has been a thrilling addition to our story, connecting us with even more pizza aficionados and letting us share our passion for pizza on the move.


Our Beloved Wood Fired Oven

Our oven is a masterpiece in its own right—an authentic Forno Valoriani Wood Fired Pizza Oven crafted by Mugnaini. We discovered our little oven used, just the way we like it—aged and cured, with a story to tell. It adds that smoky, wood-fired magic to our pizzas, turning each bite into a culinary experience.

Brick and Mortar, Our Latest Chapter

In 2023, we realized another dream by opening our first brick and mortar pizza shop. This new endeavor allows us to bring our love for food to an even wider audience, and we can't wait to welcome you to our cozy pizzeria.

Our journey has led us to Stockton, CA, where we are proudly based. While our roots are here, our pizzas have traveled far and wide. We specialize in catering private parties, corporate events, wineries, breweries, and any occasion where pizza can bring joy. Whether it's a backyard celebration, a formal wedding, or a corporate gathering, we come prepared to serve a crowd and create memorable moments with our pizzas.
